Mr. Doner has 15 years of experience in the pipe industry. He manages a sales team of six people, handles business development and forecasting, and oversees all commercial and sales responsibilities for the company. He also oversees oil country tubular goods (OCTG) and line piping, in addition to meeting with clients and mentoring younger sales professionals.

He became involved in his profession because he knew at a young age that sales would be his strong suit and enjoys travel. Since being hired by Cargill after college, Mr. Doner has represented multibillion dollar firms. He is frequently quoted in metal market publications.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in government and communications from Saint John's University and a Certification in Metallurgy from Rice University. Mr. Doner is a member of the National Association of Steel Pipe Distributors and the American Petroleum Institute, and hopes to be the president of his company one day.
